Are you ready to be Tucked in and Faded out?

This episode will start with my usual ear-to-ear guided Tuck In session, and then continue with a  rhythmic and hypnotic Fade Out session.

Fade Out: Guided imagery of the assembly of a swing bed.  This item is similar to a porch swing which hangs inside a frame, but the back support folds down into a bed.  Imagery will include description of items to be assembled, visualization of crinkle sounds, and assembly of the swing bed.
